UK SHIPPING
Standard shipping to most mainland UK addresses is inclusive on orders of over £100 value. The mainland exceptions are in central and northern Scotland, which would usually be charged at the Highlands and Islands rate. Please contact us if you need the package to be shipped to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or any of the other islands.
Delivery is usually within 2 to 4 working days on the UK mainland, although may take up to 6 working days to some remote areas.
Express 1 to 2 day UK shipping is also available as an option at additional cost. Please advise your post code for an expedited shipping quote.
We use either UPS, DHL, Parcelforce or DPD for large packages, depending on your postcode. Smaller packages are usually sent by Royal Mail.
Full insurance against loss or damage whilst in transit is included.
We can also provide tracking information to allow you to monitor your parcel's progress if required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact us with your post/zip code and country if you need the goods to be shipped to an overseas destination. We will obtain quotes from UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, TNT and Parcelforce, and present you with the lowest options and fastest service times.
Full insurance against loss or damage in transit is included on all shipping.
We can also provide international tracking information to allow you to monitor your package's progress.

RETURNS
If you are a private customer and you wish to cancel your order, then we will accept cancellations and returns of unused, unwanted merchandise in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may return the product(s) to us within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will refund your original payment in full using the original payment method. The returned goods must be complete and in unused condition. Please note that we do not reimburse the return shipping and insurance costs back to our warehouse in the UK. You are advised to use a tracked shipping service when returning goods as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged consignments. Please contact us first if you plan to return goods, and we will issue a returns authorization number and also advise the most economical method of return. Please note any product returned to us without our prior authorization will be considered an unauthorized return, and you may not receive credit for the product if we are unable to identify you as the sender. When returning any product to us from outside of the United Kingdom, you must complete a customs declaration stating that the package contains “returned goods”, and is therefore exempt from import tax. If your parcel is stopped by Customs at entry to the UK, and a tax charge is levied, then we will refuse payment and the package may be returned to you or abandoned by UK Customs. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty or import tax in order to receive returned goods.

SHIPPING TO NON BILLING ADDRESSES
Currently we are not able to ship orders with billing discrepancies due to high levels of online fraudulent activity. This means the delivery address and the cardholder's billing address for any order that we receive must be the same. Reluctantly we can no longer make any exceptions for office or gift addresses. Should we receive an order with a billing discrepancy the order will be immediately cancelled and the funds will be refunded back to the original payment source. We will contact you via email advising your order has been cancelled and a refund issued due to a billing discrepancy.
Please note that different banks will process refunds at varying rates, and they may take between 2 to 14 days to credit the returned funds back to your card.
